OOJOOH is a platform that connects models and talent with brands and agencies for professional collaborations. We provide tools for profile management, messaging, deal negotiation, and contract generation.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited conduct includes: harassment, impersonation, fraud, posting false or misleading information, or using the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Fees and Commission
OOJOOH charges a commission on completed deals as disclosed at the time of booking. Fees may vary. All fees are subject to change with reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Content you upload (photos, videos, descriptions) remains yours. By posting, you grant OOJOOH a limited license to display and use your content within the platform for its intended purpose. The OOJOOH brand, logo, and platform design are our property.
7. Limitation of Liability
OOJOOH acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for disputes between models and brands, for the quality of work performed, or for any damages arising from collaborations. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
