3. Profile Visibility

Model profiles (photos, bio, measurements) are visible to registered brands on the platform. Brand profiles are visible to models when in conversation. You control what information you share in your profile.

4. Data Sharing

We share information only as necessary to facilitate collaborations (e.g., contact details when a deal is confirmed). We may share data with service providers (hosting, email) who assist our operations under strict confidentiality.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we may retain certain information for legal or operational purposes (e.g., completed deal records) as required by law.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export your data or request account deletion. In the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR (right to portability, object, restrict processing). Contact us to exercise these rights.

11. Third-Party Platform Data — Instagram

When you connect your Instagram account to OOJOOH, we collect the following data via the Instagram Basic Display API: your Instagram username, account type (Business or Creator), follower count, following count, post count, profile picture URL, and engagement metrics (average likes and comments) from your last 12 public posts. From this data we compute an internal Audience Quality Score (AQS) that is displayed on your creator profile. We do not access your private messages, stories, or any other Instagram content. Your Instagram access token is stored encrypted and is never shared with third parties. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time from your profile settings, which immediately deletes your stored token, metrics, and AQS. If you delete your OOJOOH account, all Instagram data is permanently removed within 30 days. We use this data solely for the purpose of creator verification and audience quality display on the OOJOOH marketplace.
