How do I sign up?
Open the registration page from OOJOOH, choose model or brand, enter your email and password, then verify your email. You can then complete your profile in the app.
Is there a fee for creators?
Creating a profile is free. When you complete paid collaborations, the platform commission described in your deal summary and our Terms may apply.
Is there a fee for brands?
Browsing and posting collaboration requests is free to start. Commission and payment terms are shown before you accept a deal, as set out in the Terms of Service.
How do payments work?
Agreed amounts, dates, and any platform commission are captured in your contract for each deal. Follow the instructions in the conversation and your dashboard to stay aligned with the brand or model.
What if the collaboration goes wrong?
Use the conversation thread to clarify issues, document what was agreed, and contact support through the Contact page. Reviews and our Trust & Safety guidelines also help the community stay accountable.
Can I cancel a deal?
You can decline offers before a deal is accepted. After a deal is accepted, cancellation depends on the contract terms and mutual agreement—see our Terms for details.
How are creators verified?
Our team reviews submitted profiles and portfolio items. Verified OOJOOHS have passed additional checks so brands can book with more confidence.
Who owns the content created during a collaboration?
Usage rights, deliverables, and ownership should be defined in your contract for each project. If something is unclear, agree in writing in the chat before you start.
How long does verification take?
Most profiles are reviewed within a few business days. Complex portfolios or peak periods may take longer—we will notify you in app when the status changes.
How do I contact support?
